Please call 614.888.7332 now if you require service in the next 4 hours or have an emergency.  Our office hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday thru Thursday;      7:00 AM thru 5:00 PM Fridays and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturdays.

Before scheduling service online: Check that the thermostat is on and set to the right temperature. Move the temperature up or down to see if the system is operational. Check all fuses or breakers; switch breakers off, then on. If applicable, see if the pilot light is out. If so, call 614.888.7332 immediately.
